Below you will find extracts from world-wide press / clients and what they have said about the band. We can arrange for photocopies of the original correspondence on request (please note that some references are made to ‘The Bees Knees’ as this was our former name).

The guy’s are as close you will ever get to the real Bee Gee’s, their look and harmonies are fantastic. We can’t wait to have them back in 2011

Ricky Tomlinson, The Greenroom Liverpool (We are still working for him 6 years later and every event has been sold out.)

Barry – we mean Tony B – looked, sang, talked, moved and played guitar exactly like his alter ego. Tony has been Barry Gibb from the beginning of his calling 15 years ago. The portrayal of Maurice & Robin were every bit as convincing as Barry in their looks, trademark dry humour, dress, posture, mannerisms, movement and, of course, that unique, compelling sound. Imitation really was the sincerest form of flattery.

This is just a brief note to thank you and ‘The Bees Knees’ for the band’s performance at our staff Christmas party at the Thistle Marble Arch on 19th December 2002. They are an excellent tribute band and I really appreciated them appearing in the 1970’s gear as well! I would certainly recommend them if anyone I know is looking for a Bee Gees tribute band or some good entertainment for a party or function.

The fabulous Bees Knees singing “O-o-o-oh stayin’ alive” paid an exciting tribute to Bee Gees in their first performance in Asia. The Bees Knees performed live in three concerts ‘Night Fever’ organised by Pearl Continental hotels in Karachi, Lahore and Ralwalpini. The Bees Knees is a popular tribute band of the UK and has been holding concerts in Europe and America for the last two years. Each song was followed by by a loud clapping of appreciation. the sweet melodies and upbeat numbers they presented showed the Bee Gees evolution from lite ensemble to soft rock disco geniuses. Their singing had many in the audience tapping their feet and singing with them. The show was a glorious tribute to the Bee Gees. The Bees Knees expressed their desire to visit Pakistan again.

It appeared as if the Bee Gees had started performing again when a tribute band from London known as ‘The Bees Knees’ performed before Lahore on Tuesday at Pearl Continental Hotel. Bees Knees had been especially invited to Pakistan by the hotel management. The band had performed in Karachi on September 21st and will perform in Islamabad on Sept 24th. Talking to the Daily Times they said, “We’ve’ loved music and especially the Bee Gees, so we started singing their songs. They added, one more reason for performing the Bees Gees is keeping their music alive. They started off the evening with the famous Bee Gees opener ‘You Should Be Dancing’ followed by ‘Tragedy’. The tribute tonight ended with famous Bee Gees numbers ‘ Staying Alive’ and ‘ Night Fever’.

What a spectacular night! Last night’s Press Ball, at the County Hotel, Copdock, sponsored by AV Unit and British Gas is fast becoming one of the most glittering events in Suffolk’s social calendar. 250 guests help raise £25,911 in just one night to help improve the lives of dozens of Suffolk children with disabilities. Much of the money came from an auction of items. After the bidding was over guests partied the night away to Bee Gees tribute band, Bees Knees and Abba tribute Abba Illusion.

This is to confirm that the event went very well. The UK Bee Gees turned up on time and set up. They were totally self-contained and extremely well organised. I am new to this and when I asked the theatre manager are all acts as good as this she said definitely not. She stated this was the most professional and best organised group she had ever worked with.
The concert went very well and the audience had a whale of a time. Dancing in the aisles.
We would highly recommend the UK Bee Gees and will be booking them again.

Hi Tony (UK Bee Gees). I’m Margaret writing to Thank you once more for the time of my life.
The review you sent us is a very good one, it praises your show to detail. It says the show was exceptional and what impressed the writer most was that the UK Bee Gees tribute band had such great voices and that it was difficult to believe that they are not the real group and I totally agree. Believe it or not they even mentioned me and how I had one the competition as the biggest Bee Gee Fan in Malta and got to spend the weekend with you in Gozo.

It took little time for the UK Bee Gees, a very realistic tribute band, to get their audience gyrating to the songs of 20 years ago and the dance floor remained packed all evening.

Please could you pass on our sincere thanks to the band they were absolutely fantastic and everyone loved them. The music and their appearance was very accurate to the real thing. They arrived very early to set up and check everything was to perfection which immediately showed their professionalism. One thing which must not go unmentioned was the willingness of Melanie the manager of the band to help out through the night in any way she could to ensure a successful evening ., which is exactly what it was.
Many thanks to you all again.
